Am I left alone with the problem after the repair?
No. We explain what we did and are available if anything needs clarifying. You can also move to ongoing care and have us on hand permanently.
Does a repair mean the problem will never return?
We close the cause, so exactly the same problem by the same route should not return. The internet changes, though, and new holes appear, which is why for sites that matter it is worth considering ongoing care.
What is ongoing care?
Updates, backups, monitoring and a fast response at a fixed monthly price, instead of paying only when something breaks.
Will I get a summary of the work?
Yes. When we finish, we explain in plain words what the cause was and what we did, so you know what you paid for and how to look after the site.
