1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is MP WebSolutions, Polish tax ID (NIP): 6812006898, operating the FixWeb24 website (the "Site").

2. What data we collect and why
We collect only the data you provide yourself in the forms available on the Site (an enquiry, newsletter signup, sending a scan report by email). We do not run user accounts or online sales.

Providing data is voluntary. For an enquiry it is necessary to handle it and prepare a quote, and for the newsletter, to send the messages.
3. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to reply and handle the matter, and then for the period required by law (e.g. accounting, potential claims), no longer than necessary. Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are deleted after 12 months.
An email address subscribed to the newsletter is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. After unsubscribing we remove the address from the mailing list.
4. Who we share data with
Your data may be processed by trusted providers who help us run the Site, only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:
- Hosting and email provider, HitMe (hosting the Site, sending and receiving enquiry emails).
- Cloudflare, Inc., protecting the form against spam and bots (the Turnstile service).
We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and browser local storage in a limited, mostly essential way:

We use only cookies essential to the operation and security of the Site. We do not use analytics, marketing, or profiling cookies, which is why we do not show a cookie consent banner, consent is not required for essential cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of your data you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erase your data (the "right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

7. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to mailboxes, and protection of the form against automated abuse.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, e.g. due to changes in the law or how the Site works. The current version is always available at this address, with the last-updated date at the top of the page.
