How is care different from a one-off repair?
A one-off repair puts out a fire that has already started. Care works the other way around, it watches the site continuously (updates, backups, monitoring) so the fire never happens, and if something does occur, we react at once, before your customers notice.
Do I have to use WordPress?
No. We look after sites on WordPress, Joomla, PrestaShop, and others. We tailor the scope to whatever your site runs on.
What if the site gets attacked anyway?
With care in place we have fresh backups and know your configuration, so restoring and removing an infection is fast. We also close the gap the attacker used, so the problem does not return.
Is there a long contract and commitment?
We set the scope and terms individually, to your site's real needs. We do not push anything you do not need, and we say plainly what each package includes.
