Our commitment

Malware removal guarantee

Disinfecting a site only makes sense if the infection does not come back. Unfortunately the typical scenario, "someone cleaned the files and a week later the virus is back", comes from removing the symptom rather than the cause. We work differently: we do not stop at clearing the malicious code, we find and close the gap the attacker used, because that is what decides whether the problem returns. And so you have it in black and white that we do this properly, we give a concrete commitment: if the infection comes back the same way within 14 days of our cleanup, we remove it again at no extra charge.

In brief

What the guarantee involves

We clean and close the gap

We remove malicious code and backdoors, then patch the entry point and rotate access details, this is the step that decides whether the infection returns.

14-day guarantee

If within 14 days of our cleanup the same infection comes back the same way, we clean it again at our cost.

An honest scope

The guarantee covers a return by the same route. A new, independent break-in (e.g. through a different, previously unknown password or a freshly disclosed hole) is a separate case, and we say so plainly.

A report to Google

If the site was flagged as dangerous, after cleanup we submit it for re-review to lift the warnings.

Frequently asked questions

Why does an infection come back at all?

Because someone usually removed the symptom, not the cause. If even one backdoor or unpatched hole is left in the files, the attacker returns within days. We find and close that route, which is why we can offer a guarantee at all.

What exactly does the guarantee cover?

A return of the same infection by the same route within 14 days of our cleanup. In that case we remove it again at no extra charge.

What does the guarantee not cover?

A new, independent break-in by a different route, e.g. through a password leaked elsewhere or a freshly disclosed hole in a component. That is a separate case, but we always say so plainly and advise how to protect yourself.

How do I reduce the risk beyond 14 days?

Most effectively: with updates, backups and monitoring under ongoing care. That way holes are patched on time, before anyone can exploit them.
