Domain

A domain is the name your site is available under. You do not buy it outright, you register it for a period (usually a year) and renew it. A domain expiring means the site and email stop working.

A domain is worth watching: missing the renewal date can be costly, because the released address may be taken by someone else. That is why we monitor the expiry dates of our clients' domains.
