Usually yes. Before we commit, we check the site and tell you plainly whether and how we can help. We do not promise blind.
Will you advise a platform change if the current one is failing?
Yes. If, say, your Joomla is losing support, we will suggest a safe migration, but without pushing it when there is no need.
