The honest answer to "how much does it cost" is: it depends, which is exactly why we do not publish a fixed price list that would mislead you. A small tweak is one thing, disinfecting an infected site is another, and rescuing a site after a hack with an extensive backdoor is different again. Instead of quoting blind, we first check your site and learn the real scale of the work, and only then give a concrete figure for a clearly described scope. You get the quote before we touch anything, so you decide knowing how much and what for you will pay.

What affects the price
The type of problem
A small outage is different work from removing an infection, and different again from a post-hack repair. This is the biggest factor.
Scale and complexity
A single page or a large shop, a single error or an extensive infection with backdoors, the more work, the higher the cost.
Urgency
"Right now" cases (e.g. a shop not selling) need an immediate response, which also matters for the quote.
State of backups and access
A good, current backup and tidy access details can significantly shorten and lower the cost of the work.

Is the quote paid?
No. The diagnosis and quote are free and non-binding. You pay only after accepting the scope and price.
Can the price go up mid-way?
We agree a fixed price for an agreed scope. If it turns out the problem is bigger, we tell you first and ask for approval, nothing happens without your knowledge.
Why do you not have a ready price list?
Because a fixed price list for website repairs usually misleads, the same "repair" can mean five minutes or two days of work. We prefer to give an honest price after seeing the problem.
Is a one-off repair or care better value?
It depends on how important the site is to you. For a single problem a repair is enough; if you want peace of mind, care usually works out cheaper than paying only when something breaks. We will advise honestly.
