Regaining control

Regaining access to your site and panel

Losing access to your own site is one of the most stressful problems, especially when the site is running but you cannot edit it. A forgotten password, a reset mailbox you no longer have, a former contractor or agency that "holds" the site, or simply no documentation of what is where. We recover full control of the site for its owners, legally, after confirming it is yours, and without touching the content.

Is this your situation?

Where these situations come from

Lost or forgotten details

Passwords saved "somewhere", a change of computer, no password manager, and access disappears at the worst moment.

Dependence on one person

The site was built by someone who vanished, changed business, or will not cooperate, and only they have all the access.

No documentation

No one wrote down where the hosting is, who holds the domain, and how to log in. When the person changes, it becomes a problem.

Loss of the reset mailbox

The password reset leads to an old or company mailbox you no longer have, and the loop closes.

How we help, step by step

Confirming ownership

First we make sure it really is your site, that is the foundation. We help legitimate owners only.

Recovering access

We recover entry through the server, database, or hosting panel, depending on the situation, without touching the site content.

New, secure details

We set new passwords, enable two-factor login, and tidy up permissions, so access is yours alone.

Handing over the full set

You get a tidy set of access details: panel, hosting, domain, written down so you are never dependent on anyone again.

Frequently asked questions

Is recovering access legal?

Yes, provided you are the site owner. Before we do anything, we confirm ownership. We do not help gain access to other people's sites.

What if I no longer have access to the reset email?

This is a common case and usually workable, access can be recovered through the server, database, or hosting panel, even when the standard password reset does not work.

A former contractor will not hand over the site, what can I do?

If the site and domain belong to you, control can usually be recovered independently of them, through the hosting or the domain registrar. We will advise where to start and handle the technical side.

Will I lose content during recovery?

No. We recover the access itself, the content, images, and settings stay untouched. For safety we still start with a backup.
